About Dr. Albert Zbik
Dr. Zbik is a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist, licensed to practice in the State of Florida. He entered private practice in 1982 after serving as the Administrative Director of the Rehabilitation Center at Baptist Hospital of Miami. His current practice includes the treatment of mood disorders, anxieties, as well as relationship issues. He also has extensive experience in the treatment of chronic pain and health related disorders. He also specializes in the treatment of physical, emotional and sexual traumas. He conducts civil forensic evaluations, and provides Peer Reviews for various health insurance companies. He is a national speaker regarding the psychological aspects of pain treatment and has published on this topic. He is past president of the Miami Dade County Psychological Association, has served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Psychological Association and is currently the Assistant Chief of the psychology division of Baptist and South Miami Hospitals.
